T'ai Chi for Beginners: B1, B2, B3

The Beginning level of the form is taught in 3 thirds.

B1, first 1/3 of form

B1 (the 1st third) is a unit worth practising in its own right. The B1 course is taught over one term in two formats: either as 10 one-hour weekly sessions or intensively over five sessions comprising two hours of instruction with a 30-minute pause for rest and optional relaxation exercises in between.

B2 and B3 then complete your learning of the T'ai Chi form, each taught in 10 hours study.

B2

Classes run from 8PM to 9PM on Tuesday 24 January, and then continue for another nine weeks from 7.45PM to 8.45PM.  The first class is scheduled to start late to allow time for registration at the start of term.  Subject to sufficient numbers, we will start a B3 class the following term.

End of term practice session and presentation of other aspects of the school and T'ai Chi

Our final session of the term, open to all current and past students of our school, is from 7.30PM to 9.00PM on Tuesday 3rd of April.  Come and practice what you know and find out more about the depth of T'ai Chi available in our school.
