To begin studying with LSTCC, we invite you to come along to a Free Introductory Class when you can meet us, see the short form demonstrated, experience a sample class, ask questions and, if you choose to, sign up and join our Beginners' course, B1.

T'ai Chi for Beginners: B1, B2, B3

The Beginning level of the form is taught in 3 thirds.  Below are the details for the April-June 2010 term:

 

B1, first 1/3 of form

B1 (the 1st third) is a unit worth practising in its own right. The B1 course is taught over one term in two formats: either as 10 one-hour weekly sessions or intensively over five sessions comprising two hours of instruction with a 30-minute pause for rest and optional relaxation exercises in between.

Tuesdays 27 April to 29 June 2010 for 10 weeks. Class normally at 6.30-7.30pm, except for 27 April when it's at 7.15-8.15pm. St Anne's Community Hall, 55 Dean Street, W1D 6AF (nearest Tube stations: Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus)

 

B2, second 1/3 of form - 10-week course

B3, third 1/3 of form - 10-week course
